2026 Pool Season Opening

The Auburn Hills pool will open for the 2025 season on Saturday, May 22th at 10:00 am.

Bidding Process For HOA Maintenance

The board accepts bids for both groundskeeping and pool care on an annual basis. If you are interested in submitting a bid for the upcoming season, send an email to the HOA Board at board@ahha-kc.com to obtain a list of required duties. All bids is due by April 1st of each year.

The following companies have been awarded contracts to maintain Auburn Hills HOA-owned properties for the 2025 season.

FAQs

  • When are HomeOwner Association dues paid?

    Each associate will be mailed a statement of HOA dues not later than January 31st of each new year. Dues will need to be paid in full no later than March 1st, of that year in order not to be assessed a late fee.

  • Can you rent the pool for a party or event

    The pool at this time does not allow residents or outside parties to reserve or rent for events. 

  • At what age can you go to the pool without an adult?

    16 yrs old and above, all children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

  • How do I get a pool key?

    If you are a new resident and the previous residents did not leave behind their pool key, please submit through Contact Us. A member will reach out to you directly.

  • When are board meetings and who can attend?

    The board holds an annual meeting in April that is open to all residents that are current with their HOA dues.

  • What are the rules with house paint color?

    Submit exterior paint colors and changes to your home via Contact Us.

  • What can I do if my neighbor does not maintain their house?

    You may reach out to the board by completing and submitting through Contact Us.

  • How long can I have a trailer in my driveway?
